In-house training for companies

On-site Training for Companies
Train your team at your own premises—with coordinated practical sessions, personal guidance and fewer employees away from work at the same time.
We offer on-site training across Germany. Together, we plan the course around your equipment, your employees’ experience and your operational requirements. Special group rates are available.
Your Benefits: Keep Your Business Running
Train employees one at a time
Practical training follows a schedule agreed with you. While one employee completes their training and individual practical exam, the others can continue working. Your entire team does not need to take time away from work for practical training at the same time.
Hands-on practice instead of waiting for a turn
Each participant receives one-to-one practical training. They operate the equipment themselves and receive direct feedback, without waiting as a spectator in a training group. We account for individual training needs when planning the sessions.
Prepare flexibly with online theory
With the online theory option, your employees work through the material at their own pace before their practical session. They should allow approximately three to four hours. Theory preparation can be scheduled separately from practical training.
Train on your own equipment
Practical training takes place using suitable equipment at your company. This allows us to incorporate your machines, working conditions and typical tasks into the training.
Reduce travel time
Your employees do not need to travel to our training centre for practical training. This saves travel time and simplifies planning.
Our On-site Training Courses
• Forklift trucks
• Reach trucks
• High-bay trucks
• Multidirectional trucks
• Aerial work platforms
• Annual refresher training

Training for high-bay and multidirectional trucks is available exclusively at company premises. Before the course, we confirm which suitable equipment and practice areas are available at your site.

Two Options for Group Forklift Training
For forklift training groups of up to ten participants, we offer two options:
Together, we will determine which option best suits your business and your team.
**How Your On-site Training Works**
1. **Discuss your needs and requirements**
Tell us which course you need, your location, the number of participants and the equipment available. Together, we discuss previous experience, language needs and conditions at your premises.
2. **Agree on your quote and schedule**
You receive an individual quote detailing the agreed services and costs. We schedule theory sessions and individual practical appointments around your chosen course format and operational needs.
3. **Complete the theory**
Depending on the option booked, theory takes place at your premises or online beforehand. Participants taking online theory should allow approximately three to four hours, depending on their learning pace.
4. **Receive one-to-one practical training**
Practical training is tailored to each participant’s experience and training needs. As a guide, allow approximately one to three hours per person. Experienced operators often need less time than participants without practical experience.
5. **Take the individual practical exam**
Each participant takes their practical exam immediately after their individual training session. The exam is included in the agreed course price.
**Training in Multiple Languages**
Our language options include German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and Turkish. Other languages may be available on request.
Please tell us about your language needs when making your enquiry. Before booking, we confirm which languages are available for theory, the theory exam and practical instruction.
**Entry Requirements**
No existing forklift qualification is required for basic forklift training. For additional qualifications, we currently require a valid Level 1 forklift operator certificate. We confirm the entry requirements for your chosen course in advance.
Participants need suitable work shoes for practical training. We will let you know before the appointment which documents and certificates they should bring.
**Special Group Rates and Transparent Costs**
Special rates are available for group bookings. You receive an individual quote based on the course, participant numbers, chosen theory format and scope of training.
Exams are included in the agreed course price. Depending on the distance and scope, additional travel and, where necessary, accommodation costs may apply. These are clearly listed in your quote before booking.
There are no additional mandatory charges after booking. Any extra training you request is agreed separately.

Theory and practice on site
The theoretical training and practical sessions take place directly at your company. We will coordinate the theory sessions and subsequent individual practical appointments with you.
Online theory and on-site practice
Your employees can work through the theory beforehand at their own pace. The practical training, followed by an individual exam, then takes place at your company. While one person is attending their practical session, the other employees can continue working.
